Yay! I haven't played the real Jump King but I was able to beat this one in 14 minutes. Couldn't figure out how to mark my time on the end screen though.
You've got a few bugs that break the game entirely, namely something I'm calling "wall skips", by jumping repeatedly at the right wall, you can clip into it and it sends you up 4 screens. the left wall sends you down 4 screens.

I found the collision detection on pico to be quite finicky sometimes.
thanks to you I didn't have to buy the original jump king

NICE GAME I ENJOYED IT IT WAS A BIT DIFFICULT AND I USED SOME BUGS TO CONTINUE BUT OVERALL IT WAS GOOD
